This TV installation was located in Balgowlah on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.   My customer had just purchased a new 60in Samsung Ultra HD TV.   He was replacing a 6 year old Sony LCD.   The Blu-ray and surround sound were located behind the couch.   This meant the power, HDMI and aerial cables ran under the floor up into the wall.   We connected the Samsung TV to the Sony Blu-ray player, antenna to get the free to air digital channels and wifi so that he can now enjoy the catchup channels and Netflix.

This TV installation and wall mount Newport Beach Northern Beaches Sydney was a bit of a tricky installation today.   The customer purchased the house with an existing wall mount above a fireplace.   They purchased a new Sony 60 inch LCD TV to take the place of an older Toshiba 42 in LCD.

The previous Toshiba LCD TV was connected to a DVD player and PVR recorder but was only connected with analog (component) cables.   We had to remove the air vents from the fireplace to reveal and to gain access to all the cables.   We removed all the analog cables and replaced them with new HDMI cables and a new coax cable for FTA.

Once we had finished replacing all the cables we put the tv up onto the bracket with some help from a friendly neighbour.  The tv found all available free to air channels and connected to the wifi modem.

Overall it took longer than expected but it went well.

This TV installation and wall mount Avalon Northern Beaches Sydney was a very quick and simple tv installation.   The customer had moved into his unit for a few years and had been wanting to wall mount his Sony LCD TV to the wall for a while.   The customer supplied his own wall mounting bracket.

The customer and I choose the best height and positioning of the TV to suit their needs.   We connected the Apple TV and Foxtel Play back up to the internet.

That TV Guy just put another Sharp LCD television up on the wall in Bilgola Plateau on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.   The owner took the cladding off the outside of the house so that we had good actress to hide the cables inside the wall.

We hid the HDMI cables inside the wall for the Apple TV, Macbook and Foxtel HD.   The owner was please that the tv was up on the wall as they have a young family so there is no chance that the tv can tip over and harm the young children.
