TV Installation Setup Service St Ives North Shore Sydney

This tv installation setup service was at St Ives on the North Shore Sydney.   The customer had purchased a new samsung 55in LED smart TV replacing an older Panasonic 42in plasma TV.

We had to take away the old plasma tv and cabinet to make way for the LED TV and new tv cabinet.   We connected up the Samsung LED TV to the internet,  HD Foxtel,  Samsung blu-ray player and the Denon amplifier.

We had to supply a couple of HDMI cables for the HD Foxtel and blu-ray player and an optical cable to the amplifier.

Once everything was setup correctly I showed the customers how to use the equipment and felt some notes just incase.

With this Audio Visual Installation Northern Beaches job we had to hide an existing hole on the customer wall by mounting the tv high enough to cover the hole.

My main concern was that the tv was not going to be to high but it turned out great and the customers were very happy.  We also had
to run the aerial cable under the floor so that it wasn’t running along the skirting board any more to make it more visually appealing.

We ran an additional HDMI cable incase they wanted to connect a Blu-ray player in the future.   The existing PVR recorder, Wii and Sony amplifier were also reconnected.

HDMI-CEC is a a feature that is built into most consumer electronics today with HDMI. It is a built in system for allowing your Audio and Video components to Communicate with each other. But, in order for it to work, your devices must support HDMI-CEC. Not all HDMI components support HDMI-CEC. Although, HDMI-CEC goes by many names depending on the manufacturer.
